Electronic Customs Declaration (Arrival Card)
Complete 2–3 days prior to departure
1. Select Air and Sea
2. Select Foreign Visitor
3. Follow the prompts to complete your details

If travelling as a couple or family, you may add additional travellers under one declaration
4. Once submitted, a QR code will be sent to the main traveller’s email

Important: If travelling as a group under one declaration, you must exit customs together so the single QR code can be scanned​
E-Visa
1. Click Apply
2. Select Passport Region → Australia
3. Main purpose of visit: General, Family, or Social
4. Sub-purpose of visit: Tourism, Family Visit, or Transit
5. Choose visa type: B1 – Visa on Arrival

This automatically grants 30 days stay
6. Select details and Apply

A pop-up screen will appear → click Apply again
7. Follow the prompts to complete the application
8. Make payment
9. Your B1 E-Visa is issued instantly

You will receive a PDF via email

Keep this saved or printed as you must show it at immigration/customs​
Bali Tourist Levy

1. Click Pay Tourist Levy
2. Select Single or Group (select Group if paying as a couple/family)
3. Enter traveller details and make payment
4. A confirmation email will be sent to the nominated email address.
